Was PM'd last night asking if I could do some makeover nails for ladies that had visited that silly downtown nail bar on Thursday and Friday (YES you all know that nasty little unethical place)!
I am not here to preach the follies of unpro nailers... I am seriously over that shit! I will state again, you all know what you're up for when you frequent those types of nail bars or home saloner's, lets not bullshit about it. You have a choice!
All day, every day I will always say "pay that extra and go to a pro". Taupo has many wonderful pros to choose from; find whom suits you and enjoy the experience. It's worth those extra $$$$.... I am only cheap BECAUSE I CAN! Y'all know how pro my products are and that will never change. It's all a collaboration to give you the best service at the most conducive price and above all else, promote good nail health!
I was home and of course I will help if I can. No names or before's just lovely ladies wanting the crap removed and some kosher relayed.
I used one of my particular Trademark applications that is usually reserved for retainer clients to create certain custom color mixes... I used it here on the green "68 Chev Impala" and the "Creme Pearl". These ladies are attending a "Raging 60s" DO on Tuesday Night and this is how they wanted to wear it!

Started with Buddy Up Specials: Shan and Rachelle for sculpted natural acrylics and seriously the pics do not depict how gorgeous they really are. What was planned for a set of acrylic sculpts turned into a set of hard gel glitz nails with silver French. Deb had an acrylic back-fill and a re-balance; grey French with painted bows and silver glitz feat nails. Fee's sporting sculpted acrylic cusps with a custom mix coral peach LED polish manicure and swarovski feat nails.
It's training night tonight so on the hop a little LOL... will try to get some of your questions answered from the P.Ms for yous also, will make a general post. I seriously don't mind taking the time to answer, it's great that yous are asking those types of questions that ensure your nail health. Cheers ladies.

WICKED WEDNESDAY

A bit of chopping and changing clients around to suit their time needs today but we got there in the end...there are just some things as mum's you can't control and always happy to try and adjust to that "all's well that ends well".
Poor Dayna, she couldn't help herself, as a McPherson she saw the set of Bur-berry nails last night and her planned paua effect nails went out the door LOL... due to her job we kept her extensions short and on with the chrome silver base then stripe out the design - they're beautiful.
Tina went for a colorful stripey/rose design and Bree slammed it with swarovski's and lace stamping. Besties went for the classic French pink and white acrylics (with a natural pink LED color top coat). Anyway.... best let the pics do the talking!
A big warm welcome to new client Brooke Stebbing  black Frenchies, quadrant silver leopard print crucifix and stone feats.
