Beautiful ladies this TAILORED THURSDAY in The Lady Cave @ Needy Nails Taupo!

Another day of "que sera sera...what will be will be". Sienna was booked for acrylic sculpts as per her usual BUT NOT TODAY lol....it was sculpted LED builder gel nails with some sculpture gel feats; loved encouraging her to try something new...she had the thought, i had the pleasure. Collaboration...works everytime!

Click: in waltzes one of my Turangi gals with the thought of sporting some white acrylic tip Frenchies...uhhhh nahhhh...she only wanted some length with a natural feel with the request of 'blue'. Heres the result...acrylic sculpts followed by Shellac French manicure... its what i call BLUE BAYOU - ineluctably elegant!
Abs spoils me rotten! A big fat cake of choc for me whilst her order was "that bright coral Shellac Nanny and that big silver glitter of yours"....no probs, coral in neon and the custom big holo silver glitz over silver chrome for feats - HOT HOT HOT!!! 

Sheryl, Lisa and Faye cranked it with their acrylic extensions followed with Shellac manicure's and crystal feats - LOVE IT LADIES 

I'm chef tonight so lazy simple i think my honey lol... big fat new York rump burgers with hollandaise mushrooms and BLT fillings should do the trick if you're lucky i might even make you an old fashioned lime milkshake with a big fat scoop of vanilla ice cream on the top, just the way you like it - YEH BOII teased myself into being hungus now hehehe...

Classic pink and white french white tip square shape nails core pink powder UV Soak-Off gel topcoat polish

These are comparison shots to show what clients are getting as the norm and what I produce for them.
A) This is a classic pink ad white French white tip, in filled with Young Nails Core Pink powder then capped in clear - nail filed square and worn at a medium sport length - standard OPI base and topcoat (very shiny and smooth).

nails now finished with Needy Nails UV Soak-Off Gel Topcoat polish (remarkably tough and the shine is outrageous; hurts to look at them); smooth smooth polish just flows like melted butter and cures 2mins UV lamp or 20sec LED lamp.
This topcoat will be listed for purchase soon at a more than generous affordable price for the high quality product that it is, so watch for it folks! This is also offered to my clients after an acrylic application at only $5 till Christmas only.
GEL TOPCOAT IS RECOMMENDED IF ONE WANTS TO SUSTAIN TOUGH NON-CHIPPED NAILS FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE WHILST SEALING OUT WATER TO PREVENT LIFTING.

Aue... first full day back with 8 clients today... uhmmmm to be honest, glad I'm back in the swing... fingers protested a little and looking mod with hot pink strapping on my fingers LOL but did the job and happy with that!

Acrylic extensions Shellac coat

Thank you ladies on this TAILORED THURSDAY in The Lady Cave @ Needy Nails Taupo!

An early start so I could clock out to get my bloods done...had a quick lunch whilst out then back into the saddle to finish our day. Great catching up with today's lovelies as our last round was in November so thank you all. 

I have observed and conferred with my clients to deduct that although they are happy to try some color, their options only turn bold for a special occasion only. They are wanting clean and elegant mainly due to the Season with faster growth, ladies are wanting to change more often with only a minimal regard towards nail art etc... 

What is super popular is the acrylic extensions for length and strength then a Shellac coat...beautiful. I have made a judgement call as well so that if ladies are wanting Shellac manicure's, I will do a super affordable deal to add some length and strength to those naturals before the paint over, even not charging if there are only 2-3 nails to match up. For me, it's more about the happiness on the client's face, rather than the almighty $$$$.

A pet peeve is, I hate to see different length nails with a color choice that just highlights how short the nails are AND then you see nails flooded with overdone nail art that really chokes what nail there is. Thanks ladies for willing to take on board bit of a play session before making your final choice....Blessed to have awesome clients
